Maxima then serves as the primary information source documenting client approval and decisions with the responsibility of communicating with all involved team partners.
To both the Architect and Contractor, equipment changes are managed and coordinated by Maxima with every effort being made to keep changes to a minimum. Necessary information is made available at appropriate times, which includes vendor coordination and document control and assurance that equipment purchases are made to correspond with the designated delivery schedule.
