Facility Development and Medical Equipment Planning Specialists

Company Overview

Maxima provides medical facility development planning and medical equipment planning. We offers a variety of consulting services relating to issues in the healthcare market today.

Maxima is an Oklahoma City based company that has extensive developmental equipment planning experience for a variety of health care facilities.  We are dedicated to providing the highest quality service in the industry at the lowest possible cost.

Maxima emphasizes the importance of concentrating on the client’s medical equipment needs from project conception to completion.  To ensure this practice, a skilled project manager assumes full responsibility and is present throughout the various stages of the project with the assistance of a project coordinator.  This provides the client with direct access to the key players responsible for monitoring the progress of the equipment planning from beginning to end.

Continued commitment to quality control and special attention to every critical detail as expressed by our clients, allows us to build successful long-term relationships with all those involved in the planning process.  Maxima strives to unify the entire project team from the early planning stages through completion, to ensure that the entire teams’ needs and expectations are met throughout the entire project schedule, design, and delivery.

Maxima will provide client-focused facility and medical equipment consulting throughout the entire design, development, construction, procurement, and installation process. Maxima project managers serve as a liaison between the client, architects, contractor, engineers and vendors.  Our presence and involvement in each of the critical work phases consistently assures that the highest standards of quality, scheduling and cost effectiveness is achieved.

As a service for the owner client, vendor pressure is managed away from clinicians and staff.  Maxima will serve as an owner representative in facility and medical equipment issues while maintaining market standard specifications and compliance.  We will provide our clients with competitive, accurate costs while adhering to the assigned budget.  All medical equipment information flows through a single resource.  Maxima then serves as the primary information source documenting client approval and decisions with the responsibility of communicating with all involved team partners.

To both the Architect and Contractor, equipment changes are managed and coordinated by Maxima with every effort being made to keep changes to a minimum. Necessary information is made available at appropriate times, which includes vendor coordination and document control and assurance that equipment purchases are made to correspond with the designated delivery schedule.
